Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented entry-level professional to join our Petrochemical division as an Other Program / Project Management - Other. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of project coordination and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic industry. You will support project teams in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the successful execution of projects within our Pune operations. This position does not require a postgraduate degree and is perfect for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of petrochemical projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Help in organizing project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely task completion.
- Support in identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues.
- Maintain project schedules and track key milestones.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.
- Perform other project-related administrative duties as assigned.
