We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pathologist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and quality control. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and safety standards within our managed facilities, particularly in areas requiring biological sampling and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses as per established protocols.
- Ensure accurate sample collection, labeling, and processing.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation of new testing methods or procedures.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to address health and safety concerns.
