Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pattern Master with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field to join our manufacturing team in Guwahati. The Pattern Master will be responsible for creating, verifying, and maintaining production patterns and templates to ensure product accuracy and quality in our consumer electronics and appliances manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and refine production patterns, templates, and jigs based on product specifications and engineering drawings.
- Utilize CAD software and other relevant tools to design and modify patterns.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand product requirements and translate them into precise patterns.
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured parts against established patterns and tolerances.
- Maintain accurate records of all patterns, including versions, modifications, and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pattern accuracy and production.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing protocols.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians on pattern making techniques.
