Join our team as Pediatrician (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pediatrician to join our healthcare team at our facility in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for providing quality healthcare services, particularly for the children of our employees. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM background to contribute to the efficient management of our pediatric services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of common pediatric illnesses and injuries.

Conduct routine well-child check-ups, immunizations, and developmental screenings.

Educate parents and guardians on child health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and hospital staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

Assist in developing and implementing healthcare programs and policies relevant to pediatric care within the corporate setting.

Manage inventory of medications and medical supplies for the pediatric clinic.

Contribute to the operational efficiency of the clinic, utilizing business management principles learned from BBA/BBM.
