Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pipeline Control Center Operator to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the flow of information and resources within our operational pipelines, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution of travel bookings and related processes. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree and 1-3 years of experience in a similar analytical or operational role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time data streams and operational dashboards to identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on pipeline efficiency and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (e.g., customer support, operations, IT) to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
- Implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and communications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system or process-related problems.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our operational pipelines.
