Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in mechanical systems within a dynamic corporate environment. You will contribute to the maintenance, optimization, and operational efficiency of our plant infrastructure, focusing on design aspects and user experience within the BPO/Call Centre setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within the plant.

Conduct regular inspections and performance checks of mechanical assets to ensure optimal functionality and identify potential issues.

Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

Utilize M.Des knowledge to propose design improvements for ergonomic workstations, efficient cooling systems, and overall plant layout for enhanced employee productivity and comfort.

Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, drawings, and reports.

Participate in energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability projects related to mechanical systems.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and design principles.
