Join our team as Plant Mechanical Engineer (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Mechanical Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our facilities management team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of our plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical systems within the plant, including HVAC, power generation, and plumbing.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, diagnosing problems and performing necessary repairs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated plant operations and support their mechanical requirements.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to mechanical operations.

Assist in the planning and execution of minor plant modifications or upgrades.
