You will be instrumental in analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production workflows and identify bottlenecks impacting efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, throughput, and quality.
Develop and present reports on plant performance to management, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures for production departments.
Conduct financial analysis of project costs and profitability.
Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Support the development and maintenance of performance tracking systems.
