We are seeking a motivated Podiatry Surgeon with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in enhancing the comfort and well-being of our employees within our corporate environment. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating foot and lower limb conditions, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions that improve overall foot health and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of foot and ankle conditions, utilizing diagnostic tools and patient history.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including non-surgical and surgical interventions, tailored to individual patient needs.
- Leverage design principles from your M.Des to conceptualize and propose innovative solutions for footwear, orthotics, and ergonomic interventions that address common foot issues.
- Educate patients on preventative foot care, rehabilitation, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated care and product development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
