We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Practice Manager / Head with 1-2 years of experience to join our Surat-based team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our pharmaceutical research and development practices, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations and management of specific practice areas within the R&D department.

Support in coordinating project timelines, resources, and team activities to ensure project success.

Help in the preparation and analysis of reports related to practice performance and key metrics.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.

Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality management systems.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage administrative tasks related to the practice, including scheduling and documentation.
