Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for developing and implementing educational programs within our community outreach initiatives, focusing on early childhood and primary education. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of age-appropriate curriculum and learning materials for preschool and primary grade levels.
- Implement educational activities and teaching methodologies that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in young learners.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers and community educators.
- Collaborate with local schools and NGOs to enhance educational outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and program activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood and primary education.
- Support the planning and execution of educational events and community engagement activities.
