We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Principal to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence within our travel and tourism business. You will leverage your M.Pharma background and analytical skills to contribute to key decision-making processes, focusing on areas that may intersect with health, safety, or specific compliance aspects relevant to travel, as well as general business strategy and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and strategic growth areas.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product offerings, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to drive project execution and achieve business objectives.

Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to assess and manage any potential health, safety, or regulatory considerations within travel packages or operations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Contribute to the development of new travel products and services, potentially incorporating insights from your pharmaceutical background.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
