Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background in Computer Applications (MCA) and a keen interest in the financial services sector, particularly private equity and corporate finance. You will support deal teams in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and contributing to the overall success of our private equity engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the financial modeling and valuation of potential investment targets.
Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities.
Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial, operational, and legal data.
Prepare presentation materials, investment memos, and reports for senior team members and clients.
Contribute to post-investment monitoring and performance tracking of portfolio companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
