We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing facility in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving existing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting production goals. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.

Develop and implement process improvements, including modifications to equipment, workflows, and materials.

Monitor process performance using data analysis and statistical tools.

Collaborate with production teams, quality control, and maintenance departments to troubleshoot process issues.

Prepare process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.

Participate in safety reviews and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes or technologies.
