Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the smooth conduct of examinations and assessments for internal training programs.
- Ensure all assessment materials are distributed and collected securely and in a timely manner.
- Monitor candidates during assessments to prevent any form of malpractice or misconduct.
- Verify candidate identities against attendance sheets and identification documents.
- Maintain a quiet and orderly examination environment.
- Report any irregularities or incidents to the assessment coordinator promptly.
- Assist in setting up examination venues and arranging necessary equipment.
- Support in the preparation and organization of assessment-related documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all examination policies and procedures.
