We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our innovative team in Kochi. This role is crucial in driving the development of new financial products and services within the accounting and auditing domain. You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring our offerings meet market needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new product development in the accounting/auditing sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) to define product requirements and specifications.

Assist in the design and development of product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Support the creation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes.

Monitor product performance post-launch and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
