We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience, holding a Master's degree, to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our loan products, enhancing customer access to financing for furniture purchases, and driving business growth within the Indian market. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product roadmap for loan products, aligning with company strategy and market opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and product gaps.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal to ensure successful product development and launch.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to improve user experience and business outcomes.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to lending and financial products in India.
