We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager - Pharma with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial in bridging the pharmaceutical knowledge with product development within our innovative furniture and furnishing solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding market needs, contributing to product strategy, and ensuring our offerings meet the specific requirements of healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, marketing) to develop and launch new pharmaceutical-related product lines or enhance existing ones.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the pharmaceutical sector to identify new opportunities and trends.
Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to ensure product compliance, safety, and efficacy in healthcare settings.
Translate user needs and technical requirements into product specifications and roadmaps.
Assist in defining product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive product improvements.
