We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate / Lead to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.Com degree and 0-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to the product lifecycle within the fast-paced consumer electronics industry. You will play a crucial role in supporting product launches, managing inventory, analyzing product performance, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of product launch strategies.
Monitor and analyze product sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Manage product documentation, specifications, and release notes.
Support inventory management and forecasting activities.
Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to process improvements for product operations.
