Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for various emerging technology initiatives.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Support the development of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project-related communication and ensure effective information flow among team members.
- Assist in the management of project budgets and expenses.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management office.
