Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of biotechnology projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Support in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support project strategy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management office.
