We are seeking a motivated Project Manager - Construction with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing construction projects within our corporate infrastructure, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling construction project timelines and milestones.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and change orders.
Support in budget tracking and cost control for construction activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
Communicate project status updates to senior management and relevant teams.
