Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA / QC Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within our medical services. This role is crucial in ensuring that all processes and services meet stringent regulatory requirements and patient safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all hospital operations and services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with national and international quality standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and control processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the investigation of patient complaints and non-conformities.
- Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programs for staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and regulations in healthcare quality management.
