Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Microbiologist with an LLB degree to join our Quality Control team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are looking to apply their scientific knowledge and legal understanding in a corporate manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the microbiological quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, while also contributing to regulatory compliance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine microbiological testing on raw materials, water, and finished paper products.
- Prepare media, culture, and stains for microbiological analysis.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory tests and results.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or specifications.
- Participate in the development and validation of new testing methods.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant industry standards.
- Assist in investigating out-of-specification results and implementing corrective actions.
- Review and understand relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to product quality and safety.
- Support the QC team in audits and inspections, leveraging legal knowledge for documentation and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
