Join our team as Quality Assurance and Testing - Other (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Testing professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial products and internal systems. This position is ideal for an individual with a BBA/BBM background and 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, looking to contribute to a dynamic NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications and financial processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that software meets business needs and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports on testing outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory compliance in all testing activities.
