Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media platforms, online forums, news articles, and customer reviews for mentions of Nykaa and its brands, identifying potential reputational threats or negative sentiment.
- Analyze identified risks, categorizing them based on severity, potential impact, and likelihood.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified reputational risks, working closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, PR, Legal, Customer Service).
- Track and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in reputation risk management within the e-commerce and beauty industries.
- Support in crisis communication planning and response, as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of identified risks and their resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to brand communication and consumer protection.
