Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and potential talent pools within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles, leveraging job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.

Analyze candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.

Prepare detailed candidate reports and market intelligence summaries for hiring managers and clients.

Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and tailor search efforts accordingly.

Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and comprehensive information.
