You will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Accurately input and manage reservation details in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
• Confirm bookings, process payments, and manage cancellations or modifications.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with room blocking and allocation to meet guest needs and maximize occupancy.
• Liaise with other hotel departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
