Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Reservation Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing reservation processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the reservation system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and interpret contractual agreements related to bookings and reservations, ensuring legal compliance.
- Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and relevant legal statutes.
- Liaise with legal counsel to address any disputes or legal queries arising from reservation activities.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all reservations, including client information and terms of service.
- Generate reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue, providing insights to management.
- Train and supervise junior staff involved in the reservation process.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian data protection laws) when handling client information.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing and availability strategies.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations in a professional and timely manner.
