Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher with an LLB degree to join our Retail & B2C Sales team in Pune. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the iron and steel industry, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales and customer engagement. You will be instrumental in driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing B2C sales strategies for steel products.
Engage with potential retail customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product solutions.
Provide product information and build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the retail steel sector.
