We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Retail Store Auditor with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, compliance, and operational efficiency of our retail spaces, particularly those supporting our engineering and construction projects. Your design background will be crucial in evaluating store layouts, visual merchandising, and user experience to optimize customer engagement and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular on-site audits of retail stores to assess compliance with company standards, brand guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate store layouts, product placement, and visual merchandising effectiveness from a design and user experience perspective.
• Analyze inventory management processes and report on discrepancies or potential improvements.
• Document audit findings through detailed reports, including photographic evidence and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with store managers and relevant departments to implement corrective actions and track their effectiveness.
• Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing the overall retail environment and customer journey, leveraging your M.Des expertise.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the retail spaces.
