As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance within our port-based retail outlets. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate with a passion for retail and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of retail stores within the port premises.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and manage merchandising to optimize product presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
