The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and have a strong understanding of revenue management principles within the hospitality industry. This role is crucial in maximizing revenue and profitability by optimizing pricing strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, market trends, and forecast accuracy for senior management.
Monitor and analyze booking pace, market segmentation, and channel performance.
Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) effectively.
