We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rig Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Pharma graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing and production environment within the fast-paced Beauty & Personal Care industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a leading Indian FMCG company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily supervision of production lines and machinery setup.
Monitor equipment performance and identify any operational issues or deviations.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures during production processes.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, material usage, and downtime.
Collaborate with production teams and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of production machinery and processes.
Support in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
