The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies within the manufacturing and production industry. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks across various projects and operations to ensure business continuity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing projects, identifying potential financial, operational, and safety risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and analyze risk exposures and control effectiveness.
- Prepare regular risk reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into daily operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of risk registers and databases.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses to prevent recurrence.
