We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Operations professional to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of experience in safety operations, preferably within the facility management sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for our employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate all safety-related incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and industry best practices.
• Utilize data analytics and IT solutions (leveraging MCA background) to monitor safety performance and identify trends.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external agencies on safety matters.
