Role Summary:
The Sales Head (B2C) will be responsible for driving B2C sales strategies and revenue growth for OYO properties in the assigned territory. You will focus on acquiring new customers, building relationships with potential guests, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective B2C sales plans to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Identify and target potential customers for OYO's accommodation services through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual travelers and groups.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on progress to management.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
