Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations / Enablement professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for optimizing our sales processes, providing essential support to the sales team, and ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies within the South Indian film industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales operations and a BBA/BBM degree, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Streamline and improve sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product information, and training resources.
- Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process for sales operations.
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance sales efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team as needed.
