Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Search Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Indore. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our internal and external search functionalities, ensuring optimal performance, relevance, and scalability. This role requires a strong understanding of search algorithms, data structures, and information retrieval techniques within the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize search indices and query processing pipelines.
- Implement and tune search algorithms (e.g., ranking, relevance scoring, query expansion).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define search requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor search performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of search features.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of our search infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in search technologies and information retrieval.
