Join our team as Security Head (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Security Head to oversee and manage all security operations within our Chandigarh region. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and customers across our various outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a Master's degree in a relevant field, with 2-4 years of experience in security management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and procedures.

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect against threats.

- Manage and train on-site security personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Investigate security incidents and breaches, reporting findings and recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
