Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our growing team at Sahaj Solar in Indore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their design thinking and technical aptitude to real-world challenges in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of our solar energy systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers regarding solar system installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components, documenting findings and solutions.
- Assist in the design and customization of solar system layouts, considering aesthetic integration and user experience.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct performance testing and quality checks on newly installed systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and support guides.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and design trends.
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the product development team for continuous improvement.
