You will leverage your postgraduate education and 3-5 years of experience to contribute to our dynamic travel and tourism business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and prepare regular financial reports.
- Assist in the administration of HR processes, including onboarding and employee data management.
- Support customer service operations by resolving escalated queries and providing efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update relevant databases and documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new shared services initiatives.
