Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cutting-edge entertainment platforms. You will work closely with our engineering teams to maintain and improve our infrastructure, automate processes, and respond to incidents, contributing directly to the seamless delivery of music and film content to millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventative measures.
- Support the automation of operational tasks, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to quickly resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand application needs and ensure system reliability.
- Learn and apply best practices in cloud infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for systems and processes.
- Perform basic system administration and configuration tasks.
- Gain exposure to CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Help manage and monitor logging and alerting systems.
- Contribute to performance tuning and capacity planning efforts.
