We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a graduate degree, with a passion for community development and supporting underprivileged sections of society, particularly in areas related to our agri-business and food processing supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments and surveys in project areas to identify social issues and community needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor community outreach programs and social welfare initiatives.
• Liaise with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to build strong partnerships.
• Provide counseling and support services to beneficiaries of CSR projects.
• Assist in data collection, report writing, and impact assessment of CSR activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant social welfare laws and company policies.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
