You will be responsible for assisting with the setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment and providing general technical assistance to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of sound and lighting equipment for internal meetings, presentations, and events.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of audio-visual systems and escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
- Provide first-level technical support for basic IT-related queries and issues.
- Maintain inventory of technical equipment and report any damages or malfunctions.
- Support the team in organizing and managing technical resources.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines in handling technical equipment.
