We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sports Club Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to oversee the operations of our sports facilities and activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a vibrant and well-managed sports environment for our employees, leveraging their technical background to streamline operations and enhance member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily club operations, including scheduling of facilities, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
Develop and implement club programs, events, and leagues to engage members.
Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and communications.
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and revenue generation for the sports club.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all club users, adhering to safety regulations.
Utilize IT skills to manage databases, scheduling software, and communication platforms.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote employee wellness and engagement through sports.
