Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sports Physician with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our innovative medical devices startup in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique legal and medical expertise to contribute to the development and regulatory compliance of our sports medicine-related products. This role requires a strong understanding of sports injuries, rehabilitation, and the legal frameworks governing medical devices and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert medical consultation on sports injuries and rehabilitation protocols for product development.
Analyze and interpret relevant national and international medical device regulations, ensuring product compliance.
Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure medical efficacy and safety of new sports medicine devices.
Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals, ensuring legal and medical accuracy.
Contribute to clinical trial design and data interpretation from a medical-legal perspective.
Stay abreast of advancements in sports medicine, biomechanics, and medical device law.
Evaluate potential legal risks associated with product claims and marketing strategies.
