Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Spot Boy with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Com background to support our operations in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will assist in various logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities within our NGO. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing practical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Help with setting up and dismantling event spaces, including banners, seating, and equipment.

Provide support during events and programs, including guest assistance and material distribution.

Undertake basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail handling.

Assist with errands and deliveries as required, ensuring timely completion.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned work areas.

Support senior staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and in line with organizational guidelines.
