Join our team as Steward (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Steward to join our Facility Management team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and 3-4 years of relevant experience, bringing a unique perspective to service delivery and guest experience within a corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of designated areas, focusing on presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene, organization, and presentation.

Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to maintain cleanliness and readiness of common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry spaces.

Manage inventory of supplies (linens, toiletries, pantry items) and ensure timely replenishment.

Respond to guest and employee requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in event setup and teardown, ensuring all requirements are met according to specifications.

Implement and maintain quality control standards for all services provided.

Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.

Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
