Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Story Editor with 1-2 years of experience to join our Corporate Communications team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and refining narrative content that aligns with Shriram Finance's brand and communication objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging and accessible narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread a variety of content, including press releases, website copy, internal communications, social media posts, and marketing materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy and provide context for financial stories.
- Adapt content for different platforms and formats, maintaining brand voice and messaging.
- Assist in the development of content calendars and editorial strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to improve the quality of their work.
